The cloud-based Management application called ByIPSS,
specifically designed for Private Institutions of Social
Solidarity (IPSS), consists of three modules:

• Fixed Assets Management
• Supplier Contract Management
Product Management
It allows the national IPSS to control and monitor all of the
activities carried out with products within the following
areas: food, health, office supplies, equipment and cleaning.
Supplier Contract Management
The management of supplier contracts allows the user to create
alerts for the duration of contracts and control guarantees
and status of the existing equipment.
Fixed Assets Management
In fixed assets processes, it is possible to identify all the
equipment located within the institution's divisions by coding
QR Codes. The main functionalities are:
• Registration of equipment with ID, date and status •

through VAT number validation

discrepancies in consumption compared to quantities planned in
