Viver “Developing Creative Intergenerational
Relations”
VIVER Project (DeVeloping CreatIVe IntErgenerational
Relations): European Project, supported by the Initiative
EQUAL, and leaded by Byweb. At national level, has as
a main objective the creation of supporting supports
to the working families, through the formation of Intergenerational
Animators (local agents capable to develop activities
with children and elderly people), creating personalized
support and conciliation between family and professional
life. At European level the project has as an objective
the creation of an European net of cities and territories
to conciliation.

It has as aim the diagnosis of the training needs to
elder workers and the identification of good practices

in partnership with 13 European Institutions. It has
as aim the creation of a Dictionary concerning terminologies

Mobility project developed under the Leonardo Da Vinci
programme and promoted by Vilniaus College of Building,
Lithuania. The first edition took place from March to
May 2002, the second edition from July to September
